Viper Media is an independent creative publication featuring emerging work across writing, visual art, photography, fashion, design, music, film, and culture.

Independent, intentional, and subversive, we publish original work and create space for creators working outside traditional pathways. We believe thoughtful ideas, strong creative voices, and genuine expression matter more than audience size, representation, or industry connections.

Each issue is built around a central theme, inviting contributors to interpret it through their own creative practice. Alongside fiction, poetry, essays, and visual art, Viper publishes interviews, editorials, artist features, fashion, music, photography, and collaborative projects that celebrate the people behind the work as much as the work itself.

Inspired by independent magazines of the 1990s and early 2000s, our approach is editorial, tactile, and considered. We're drawn to work that is original, experimental, and culturally engaged—work that takes risks, resists easy categorisation, and remains true to the creator's perspective.

Viper is built on collaboration rather than competition. We see publishing as an opportunity to connect creatives across disciplines, encourage new conversations, and support a community where emerging artists can share ideas, develop their practice, and be discovered on the strength of their work.
